What happens to what you send.

• The contact form: your name, your email, and your message.
• The AI Opportunity Assessment: your business's name and website (if you have one), your name and email, and your answers. The results are worked out in your browser; your answers are sent to me when you press "See my results".
• Site statistics: how many people visit, which pages they read, how far they get through the assessment, and how quickly pages load. These are counts, not profiles: no cookies, and nothing that identifies you.

To reply to you. For the assessment, also to read your answers, look at your business online, and prepare the follow-up and slide deck I send you. That's all. No mailing list, and I don't sell your details or share them with anyone beyond the services below.

• Web3Forms delivers both forms to my inbox and keeps a copy of each submission in my account, which it deletes automatically after at most three years.
• Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant: I read every submission myself, and use Claude to help analyse assessment answers and prepare your follow-up and slide deck.
• Vercel hosts this site and collects the site statistics above.

If you leave the assessment partway through, your answers are saved in that browser tab so you can pick up where you left off. They stay on your device, not with me, and are cleared when you send them or close the tab.

My copy, until you ask me to delete it. The copy Web3Forms keeps can't be deleted one submission at a time; under its own policy it's deleted automatically after at most three years.

Ask through the contact form and I'll send you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete my copy. The same goes for any question about this page. I'm based in Toronto and handle your information under Canada's federal privacy law, PIPEDA.
